Viva La Diva is a preferred vendor at the majority of the top venues in Metro Detroit. We've compiled a very comprehensive database of rules, regulations and floor plans, and will happily work alongside your venue to produce the perfect event.
How far in advance should we book you?
To guarantee availability and allow time for us to do our best work possible, it is ideal to contact us anywhere from 9-15 months out for design and/or full-service planning, and 6 months for partial planning and event coordination. However, depending on the time of year, it is not unheard of for us to tackle last-minute bookings. Get in touch - we’d love to see how we can help!
I live out-of-state. Is that a problem?
Not at all! We work with clients all over the world (Paris, Australia, NYC, SF, Chicago, and the list goes on). We are happy to work with you remotely, in whichever manner best accommodates your schedule and meeting preferences.
What's the process to secure you for our event?
The first thing to do is contact us with your date, as this will allow us to determine our availability. We'll schedule a complimentary consultation by phone or in person to discuss your plans and further explain our services.
